Sarah stepped into the fitness industry in 2015 after growing up as a very active child and has spent her time running kids classes, working across multiple fitness studios, coaching 1 – 1 clients and in 2017 she qualified as a pilates instructor. She is a very passionate and enthusiastic trainer and all round fitness lover who is devoted to making other people feel their best. Sarah sets the bar high for herself and those around her but she truly believes in practicing what she preaches and is extremely supportive and persistent in her drive for each individual she works with to achieve their goals.
Her own training is made up of pilates, running, weights training and some crazy goals along the way. She completed the New York Marathon on her 21st birthday, has gone on to train for triathlons, ironman 70.3’s and her most recent challenge was a 24 hour ski erg event which she absolutely loved.
